Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) is causing so much pain to management dinosaurs that they are repurposing the term as derogatory as they did with “woke.”

Every meeting with a DEI consultant or specialist — especially if they are from one of the excluded minorities that DEI attempts to address, mentions that companies that have effective DEI programs embedded perform better.
